OCKL’s Student Council organizes Futsal Tournament PDF Print E-mail

The Student Council of Olympia College, Kuala Lumpur had organized a Futsal tournament recently which was participated by 6 teams from 5 different colleges including Olympia College, Kuala Lumpur. The tournament was held at the Challenger Sports Centre (Petaling Jaya branch).

The tournament started with the briefing of all players on the rules and regulations of the game by the activity coordinator Mr. Vinod Raj. Ms Asotha and Ms Hannah, the officers-in-charge emphasized to all players the objectives of the tournament which were to promote sportsmanship among students , to build rapport among students as well as to highlight the importance of sports and healthy lifestyle. All the players’ shooks hands with each other before the tournament started.

The crowd was thrilled when 3 most powerful teams were vying for the championship. It was fun watching the players battling it out. Finally, INTI College became the champion, followed by Segi College for the second prize and Olympia College KL-team 1 for the third prize.
